The Life Changes Trust is an independent Scottish charity, established in April 2013 with a £50 million endowment from the Big Lottery Fund - £25 million will be invested over 10 years to fund initiatives that will bring benefit to people affected by dementia, both people living with the condition and their carers.

The Trust has a vision whereby all people affected by dementia in Scotland see a positive and permanent shift in their quality of life, well-being, empowerment and inclusion. The Trust works closely with a wide range of stakeholders, as well as people affected by dementia, to make sure that what we fund has the most sustainable and most positive impact.

The ESP Group are passionate about mobility and empowering people through smooth and seamless interactions.

We consist of three leading organisations –

Our customer service centre Journeycall in Arbroath provides award winning customer support services via voice, social media, webchat, email and white mail.  We help millions of people travel every year – taking bookings for passenger assist, helping people pay and buy National Railcards, and solving their everyday travel problems.

Our smart developers and production team at Systex in Hull is Europe’s largest independent smartcard personalisation bureau.  We issue and manage millions of personalised concessionary passes – including all those in Scotland.

Our visionaries at Viaqqio in Edinburgh are designing and developing new mobility services which to meet the real needs of today’s and tomorrow’s traveller.

All of our activities are about helping major transport operators and cities deliver excellent customer service today along with the design of mobility services in the future. ESP work with clients such as Transport for London, the Association of Train Operating Companies, London Councils and the Scottish Government helping to ensure the needs of the traveller can be met and exceeded.
